HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days. Please email us if you have any questions about your order. 

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of California. For all California orders a sales tax of ~9% does apply.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. 

 

THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT TO DO?!

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item is unavailable. In this case, please feel free to email us about your interest in our products and we'll notify you by email the date the item is expected back in stock.

 

CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?

We currently only sell our products through this site.  We hope to spread the wonder of That’s Good Paper to stockists in the near future… We’ll let you know when that happens!
